O2 Sensor
O.K. I bought my son a 2002 Ford Edge (V-6 4.0)and was looking everything over and I see the 02 sensor on the passenger side exhaust and it's not hooked up to anything. I've even taken the inside fender off to get a better look. And I can't find where it plugs in.

Yes Sir, that's exactly it. I can't find where to plug it into the wiring harness? It's screwed into the passenger side exhaust and just hanging there. I've even taken the inner fender off to help myself locate it.

Ok that's good feedback, but my 99 has a different engine, so maybe a member reading this that has the 2002 OHC 4.0L will chime in & tell you where to look along the wiring harness for the passenger side upstream O2 sensor connector break out on at least a 2001 or newer 4.0L.

On my 2004, the harness that goes to the O2 sensor on passenger side pipe (just aft of the passenger side converter) loops down from over the top-rear of transmission. In my truck, that tranny is an automatic.
