Check the pitman arm and the steering rod where it goes to the drag link. Mine was loose and it caused it to wander. All good now.

If it's shaking at parking lot speeds and the hubs are unlocked there are two possibilities I can think of, A wheel unit bearing failing and catching (generally also associated with a lot of rumbling noise diving) or something in the power steering system (most likely a valve inside the steering gearbox).

Possibly a tire belt has loosened / separated and one tire is no longer round? Easy to miss unless inspected carefully.

let me ponder it overnight and I should be able to give you a few things to test to see if we can narrow down or conform.
I am still keyed on the spool valve buy have not come up with a decent therory on why, just a hunch from the fact the flush was so dirty and your previous mention of doing it cold.

Well 2 days after the power steering pump was replaced . I stomped on the brakes a bunch of times turned the steering wheel a lot trying to get what every air out. And it has not happened since. Until 2 days ago when a power steering line started leaking by the cooler. Replaced the line and it did the wobble again the next day. I repeted the brake stomping steering turning process and so far has not done it.

You can tell when it's about to do the wobble, the steering gets super loose like the steering box was not attached to the steering wheel then the wobble comes. To get it to stop put it in park turn steering wheel bot ways 2 times and stomp the brake pedal hard then you can continue on your way.

does the pump growl when you turn at slow speed or apply the brakes ?

sounds like you need to bleed your system. the correct way to do this is outlined in the tech folder. ( at least I think it is )

No the pump does not make noises. I'll have to check the tech folder out.
