what pressure are talking about here? it can't be fuel pressure as there is no fuel pressure sensor built in to these trucks from the factory, and your FP should be up around 60 PSI idle

That's from his Snap On Solus Edge scan tool

I have a FRX on it, I rebuilt the fuel bowl 2 years ago, but with all the stuff that came out the tank it probably is clogged

I haven't personally experienced this, but have you tried unplugging the fuel bowl heater? Was the bowl heater replaced when you rebuilt it?

It was a suggestion sent my way under similar circumstances. I believe they normally short and blow a fuse, but maybe a draw issue?

Sorry if I missed you mentioning this one already.

That is NOT a correct fuel pressure. As was stated earlier, you don't have a fuel pressure sensor on your truck unless you plumbed one yourself, (or the previous owner) and if that were the case, the PCM wouldn't be reading it, and therefore neither would the Snap On scanner. You would have an aftermarket gauge somewhere if it were added, no way that Snap On would be pulling that from the OBDII port.

OK Lots of updates. First of all, it is fixed! I called my cousin who is in the Navy and works on these trucks & other Diesel equipment. He told me to put the Mechanic on the phone. He told him to crack cylinder #8 and #1 and bleed them. It was air the system the whole time. The truck response is the best I have seen it. It BETTER be since I have all this new parts. I want to thank ALL of you who helped me diagnose this thing. You guys are the best, and I am thankful to have this wealth of knowledge at my fingertips. If only you guys could teleport over here when I need you, LOL. Thanks All!

How does one "bleed" an injector that doesn't have high pressure injection lines going to it?
