Would be nice if they would have included the radiator in the letter too.

Got my letter yesterday. If any of the 4 probes fail while it is leaning against the wall in the corner of my garage, it is nice to know it is covered - lol. I still have two new spares in my glove box too.

I got mine yesterday - so far three of the four have been replaced, nice to know that the last one will be covered if and when it goes too. I was surprised when they replaced the last one (about a month or so ago), under warranty; I guess the dealership knew about this program before any of us did.

If you paid for any of them, maybe Ford will reimburse you.

I got my letter yesterday for my 2011 with 49K on it. I had to replace one last month - truck was out of warranty. I bought 2 sensors from an out of state Ford dealership (I have receipt) even though I only needed one. I still have one as a spare. The letter says to go to the dealer for reimbursement not to contact Ford. Has anyone who changed the sensors themselves been reimbursed for just the sensor(s)?

No, they were all replaced under warranty. One snuck in under the deadline they had last fall, before this came out. Evelyn's timing is superb.

That's a possibility. I guess I should go ahead and change them.
