Rear Axle Question
I have a 2001 E350 with a dana 60 full float rear axle with 4.10 gears that needs to be replaced, can I swap it to a dana 60 semi float axle with 4.10 gears without any problems?

No, you can convert SOME of the semi-floating axles to full-floating but not the other way around, at least not that i know of..
If you could convert to semi-floating axles you would lose a lot of axle strength and load capacity..

OP, I'm doing the exact opposite swap on my 4x4 van. It should be plug and play and you can simply bolt on your old brakes if the donor axle is 99 or more recent. You'll want to make sure it's also from a van so the bolt pattern is the same (ie., 6.5/8). You may need a shim or two on the spring perch to line up the pinion.
I don't think Woodberry is anywhere close to Arizona but I'm going to have a semi-float D60 with 4.10 gears for real cheap in a week or so.
