Maybe if you have a REALLY BIG tie rod puller/press, and you can actually get it in there. The stud is really long. A pickle fork will rip the boot for sure.
I would ask kindly for the alignment results and see what they were able to achieve. If it drives fine and you have at least 2-2.5* then just drive it and enjoy. Some real numbers would help others who want to do the same.
It may be awhile before I can get the alignment results but when I do Ill be sure to put em on this thread.
I honestly don't remember how I got my trak bar off, but I had no issues with ripping the boot either. I do remember putting a pickle fork back in the tool box after seeing it would do more harm than good. I probably ended up getting a big hammer after it. You know...a precision tool.
