Howdy. We fried the clutch/flywheel in the pulling truck last fall. Forgot and let the truck in high side 2nd gear, and about 100ft up the track it let go. I'll put pics up later
The clutch we had was a 11" But i have seen where some are running a 12"? I'm confused.
Since We need a new flywheel. What flywheel will allow the larger 12" clutch?
Old clutch was a Ram. 98769HD I was happy with that clutch. the clutch wasn't at fault for making it fail, it was operator/pit error lol. Its my girlfriends truck and she never caught it coming off the line, she just thought the sled felt alot heavier. And i was tired from working all night and lack of sleep made me check the lever the wrong way
So i was thinking another 98769HD and a ford racing M-6375-N427
Does that flywheel allow a 12" clutch and is it any better than the ram i mentioned above only being 11"?
