try unplugging the blinker switch and see if it still blows the fuse. brake lights go through the blinker switch. if the switch is screwed up and shorted on the rear circuit, it will pop the fuse. if the fuse does not blow with the switch unplugged, that is most likely your problem.

Yeah i just replaced the switch and so far no blown fuse yet!!! Thanks guys!!!!!!
