gp relay smoking
Hey guys I'm new to the forum! well i have a 94 f350 7.3 non turbo and I'm experiencing a problem. went to start it one day and the relay started clicking. i noticed one of the wires that connect to the glow plug corroded so i cut and connected a pigtail. connected it then went to start it and the relay is making a high pitch noise and smoking. but i didn't touch any other wires besides that one that runs to the glow plug.
I don't know if its a coincidence that it went bad after fixing that wire but can someone help me out here. Im going to replace the relay but I doubt thats the problem.
