Motorcraft filter. Make sure you have the right oil cap (OEM ) not the tall one.

Updated readings on the FICM voltage output. 47.9 at key on and 22.7 while running. Need the truck this week.....will pull out next weekend and send in for repair.

Wow I thought mine was bad when I replaced it. Mine was 40v at idle and 33ish on WOT and my truck was running like dog #$%$.

Glad you figured it out, but the longer you drive it like that the more damage you are doing to those injectors $$$$

I need it one day this week for about 2 hours. What's odd is it purrs like a tiger and runs smooth all day long.

UPDATE: Sent my FCIM off to FCIMRepair.com last week. I was thinking when I sent it off "now a really good company would send it back cleaned up". Well........got it back Wednesday and it looked brand spankin new. Got it put back in this evening and the old girl fired right up after sitting for 12 days. Ambient air temperature was 57 degrees. The true test will be in the morning when the temps are lower. Great job FCIMRepair.com!
