IPR at 84% at cold idle

2003, not deleted, everything was stock except for he put a Bully Dog on it with can tunes. Died on him was replaced ICP started up ran horrible was throwing different injector codes, IPR was at 84% at idle, plus had a lot of pressure on degas bottle.

Just finished studding, deleting, oil cooler, ICP, and injectors. She started up fairly easy, only to have the IPR still at 84%, ICP bouncing between 670s to 790s this just after start up from the work. Truck still runs horrible and still throwing #5 injector code also using AE and injector 5 wont Buzz. So, would be safe to say Injector harness and IPR sensor??????

#5 only one that won't buzz? Swap the injector to another hole, that should prove the harness.

Pull the IPR and check the screen...
Could be air still needs to be purged from the system, give it a couple good hard runs.

Took the AE and did contribution balance test, injectors are everywhere, icp between 670s to 790s at idle. give it throttle IPR% decreases let off and she bounces right back to 84%.....

And the screens clear?
Unplug the ICP and see what happens.

Pump may be going...

Im gonna walk away from it for a bit, then I think I going to pressure test the system to to make sure it doesn't have a small leak somewhere. Otherwise not sure what to do except swap injector and do test again and swap IPR out... It was only thing I didn't replace and should have

no dummy plugs, standpipe or STC... its injector leak or the pump. Could be IPR but you say as RPM comes up, IPR drops... that say's its working.

The pump was probably the reason it died.. replaced ICP, still runs like crap.

Good luck
