Turbo questions

So I am narrowing my issues down on the ol' F250. I am working on a boost leak test, got some bubbles out of my plastic boost gauge line and fixed that. Got alot of bubbles out of the sensor (mapp?) and tightened that up and now no bubbles. I'm getting some air coming from the CCV"doghouse" but from what I understand that's normal. If I hold my hand over it I hear air escaping or moving near the front of the motor but I cannot pin point it. plenum, intercooler and other turbo fitting are bubble-less.

Which leads me to possibly having a worn out waste gate. Can I just buy a new wastegate? And where can I buy one? Riffraff doesn't seem to have them, just actuators

How can I check the wastegate? How can I check the actuator and solenoid?

found the problem. I hope. The clip holding the actuator fell off and the actuator isn't connected. Anybody know the size of that e-clip?

Since I never throw anything out (I need to get some meds for this problem) I just checked my old e99 wastegate and the shaft is .30 in, with the slot at .25 in diameter.
