Following this... I had the same issue today..Was driving along and the check engine light flashed...lost power (ran rough) then was normal again..did this on/off for about 10 miles then started running real rough. I also did the 50 cent mod 2 yrs ago and felt the same then. I did rebuild the IPR but it has developed a oil leak in the last 2 weeks..not sure if that possibly could be the issue. I also disconnected the ICP with no change..and was a dry connector. We sound like we have the same problem. I will check that harness tomorrow. Any updates on yours??

jberrouard - I see dust in your turbo inlet. Can you take a shot of the turbo wheel?

Just installed the new harness and fixed the wire, unfortunately I found the wire after I ordered the harness so I wont know which one fixed the issue. I did a quick test drive only about a mile and it ran great, but until I am able to to drive it longer I am not going to consider it fixed. I will post back later tonight after a longer ride.

I will take the intake off and take a pic of the turbo wheel. I am using the 6637 filter if dust is getting by maybe I didnt make good enough connections between in intake and filter?

RallyMediK did it stall at all? The reason I ask is because I had another issue about a year ago but it was stalling and running rough. It was a power wire that goes into the junction box under the intake, it was so corroded it broke off when I touched it.

Drove it about 10 miles last night and everything has been fine. Fuel pressure is at 68-70 all the time. fiznuka previously mentioned my IPR could be stuck since the duty cycle is always at 14, is 70 too high?

Here is a shot of my turbo wheel.

No, mine never stalled..just ran really ruff! I disconnected the harness when I got her home and didn't see any fraying. Put it all back together and she fired right up and ran smooth..So, I am now afraid to take it anywhere far. The IPR is leaking and I don't know if that is the issue or just something else that needs tending to.
