Don't think I've ever had AC. Those blue tubes drain the water that is produced like you see in a parking lot dripping from a car? It never gets very hot here in Western Washington.
The replacement/modern master cylinder is a great idea! Would that F-250 master cylinder work on a '41 ton and a half? I would like to do something like that but am unsure of what size unit I would have to get.
G'day Steve, I just looked for a dual circuit master cylinder that had the same bore size as the original.... 1 1/4'' , your 1 1/2 ton will be the same as mine,
1 3/8'' bore front wheel cylinders...... 1 1/2'' bore rear wheel cylinders.
I'm still wiring the cab, the two switches between the sunvisors are fan override.... should the engine temp sensor quit..... or whatever ... the other one is reverse light, both switches have blue LEDs in the ends of the toggles that illuminate when on.
The power source socket is Ford Territory ..... sourced from a wrecking yard
today.
Regards, Steve.
This is how I got the switches in.... drill the holes in the panel, push some PVC tubing through the hole towards the 'A' pillar where the wires come up. The PVC tubing is a snug fit to push onto the switch toggle, now put the wires on the switch and pull the tubing back through the hole.
No sweat !
