nice job! is blue the right motor color for the time,just asking to know!

Blue is the original color for 239 cube flathead Ford motors from ~1941 through 1947. To be really technically correct the intake should be painted blue too, but that is getting picky.

Yes that is a 1930 AA it belongs to a friend.
