You program it the same way you program the fobs....cycle the key from off to on 8 times..and stop with key in ON position of 8th key turn....the door locks will cycle to indicate you are in programming mode...and then you push buttons 7/8 and 9/0 at same time....
if you have key fobs like i showed above, you have to program them at this time also...even if they were previously programmed
In the future, key fobs and external key pads will need the Ford IDS/VCM to program them to the vehicle. The 2016 Fusion already requires this intervention by the dealer.
