more glow plug problems

glow plug malfunction
I have a problem on my 1994 7.3 IDI, previously, the wait to start light didn`t work, and the controller clicked, after replacing the glow plugs, everything worked as it should, wait to start light came on, warmed the plugs ,and started great, after about 2 weeks, back to the same, no wait to start light , and clicking controller, I retested all of the plugs with test light , and they read good, any help would be appreciated thanks

Testing with a test light will only tell you if there open or shorted. A shorted GP will make the controlled kick in and out due to high current draw. You need to use a multimeter to ohm the plugs. Once that is done we can move on to possibly more problems if they exist.
