To replace it without having mine as a reference (I sold it), you would need to drain the coolant. I would buy new and replace as it is probably due by now.
Take the radiator hoses off. On the upper one, you might consider replacing the T stats since you are going into it.
Fluid reservoir for the hydoboost/power steering will need to be moved out of the way.
Upper shroud has to come off.
I think at that point you should be able to pull it out.
AC condenser and stuff might have to be loosened a bit.

Is anything particularly difficult? How long would the job take? Truck made it to 93K with the original radiator.
one note. If you have the old hoses then you may want to get at least a new one for the upper. The hose would have a white end to it closest to the engine.
a lot of folks who have radiator failures have repeat failures because they don't address the root cuase. check your front body mounts to see if there are disinegreated and replace them.....else you will be changing the radiator again.
