6.4 troubles

When I was driving my 2008 6.4 it like we nt into neutral and stopped moving it will start just fine but when you put it in gear it shifts on the transmission but it doesn't move I tried changing fuses and I was told it could be the transfer case motor so I changed that but it still doesn't move. Does anyone know what it could be?

I'm assuming you have a manual transmission? Any additional info you could give would help to give you some troubleshooting help.
