You where thinking about it when we had dinner Monte Carlo SS
The original idea was to get something to do a quick flip on since tax return season is here and people will be looking to buy a vehicle. I decided to buy something a little bigger for me and sell the Grand Am. I probably won't make a profit but I should at least break even.
I did look at a few SS Monte Carlos and I looked at trucks, Caddys, Lincolns, I even looked at a Vette. I ended up buying a 2002 Jaguar X type. It needs some love to get it back the way it should be but I got it at an unbeatable price. We went and looked at it, Almost didn't get it but offered the guy half of what he was asking and he took it so I brought it home. I stopped to get fuel and I accidentally ended up breaking off the fuel door because it was stuck.
It has a miss on cylinder #6 so I am going to do a complete tune up with fluids and filters and replace the coil on that plug. Even with a dead miss I drove it from south Atlanta to the house and the fuel gauge barely moved off full.
I love people that aren't mechanics because you can get a great deal. He bought the car in 2013. Since then he put in a new water pump, radiator, over flow tank and a few other things. It started to miss and he had enough and just sold it. He was not a mechanic so he had to pay a shop every time it needed something. Bad for him, good for me. Since Ford owns Jaguar it's basically a Lincoln clone with a different body.
So I picked up a second job. Most likely temporary, I just went in to help the owner out, might turn out to be a good side job, either way, he has tons of work anyway. I went in a welded. Paid by the product, not by hour, so I calculated it at about $22 an hour, for 6 hours. Aint bad. Owner wants to me to replace the door hinges and pins, and maybe door on his 2004 F750. CDL truck, Id need the fork lift to help. Then he has a 1940s Mack tow truck he wants me to do body work and fabricating on.
Just remember money is not everything. You got to take some time to enjoy life to. Be there done that two full time jobs at once.

I enjoy life by working. Welding is fun, cars are fun. Im working 2 jobs, and I own a business. Its hard running your own, Ive done it 3 times. If im not working im not happy, unless im spending time with someone I care about like my new girl. She is very ****ing awesome, and I think the first and only one who has broken down this rough structure I have.
itd be nice. First time in my life, I actually sat in my truck after work, and pondered on life and how much she actually made in impact in the short amount of time. My coworker thinks im in love and havent been around the block, but ive had all the stereotypical woman you can imagine, and I had to grown up early in age. This girl might have shot my high flying plane out of the sky.
Dated the first wife for four years, lasted almost 12. Met my wife in February, married in July, and this July we will celebrate 24 years together. Glad we met, it's her Papa's truck that I'm slowly restoring.

That maybe the key that you need marriage experience first. Wife's third my second.
