460 motor mount question

I am putting the 460 engine only back into my 1985 truck and I would like to leave motor sitting on the motor mounts with the long horizontal bolts only for a couple days, no transmission going in for maybe a week. Can I let it sit on mounts only without a problem. Don't want it to fall.

I'd put some blocks or a jack under it to help it stay level and take some of the load off the mounts.

It's not going anywhere.
Shops pull transmissions for repair all the time, leaving the engine in the frame.
