I was wondering if anyone ever put a 205 transfer case in a super duty? The reason I ask is, I have a p.t.o winch and want to use it. My truck has the 4r100 with no p.t.o. port. I do however have a 205 transfer case, out of a 75 hi boy,it's a divorce t case. Any thoughts or ideas ?

Hmmmmmm............interesting idea. Of course anything is possible with time, money, and talent! Subscibed.
It should actually be very simple with a divorced mounted t-case and a cable shifter from AA. This is, if you have the tools and ability to fabricate a cross member to mount it on. You'll just have to have a jack shaft (trans to t-case driveshaft) made up at a driveshaft shop and have your current driveshaft (or drive shafts) modified for length.
