I thought the '03 T40s were 24lb-ft?

Who ever called the fuel pump is the winner, got back together drove it a lil when WOT fue pressure is dropping to 40psi..... So i saying that what is the preferred fuel pump to go back with?????

Truck shoild still run on 40 psi, also fuel pressure wont cause a hydrolock condition.

Understand on the torque. Its all back together and was running good. Put about 50 miles on it or so... Had to stop at a red light, went to pull out and it was like there was no fuel truck just wouldnt go finally played with pedal and it picked up and took off... Hit entrance ramp and went to accelerate and there was no response... Finally truck picked up and took off, came home put fuel gauge on thats when discovered fuel pressure is not what it should be...
