2016 Annual B.S. Thread!

We are already in 2016.. 2015 didn't feel very long but it was a great year. My Bronco got a lot of work done and is now back on the road turning heads and causing smiles!

Did anyone make any New Years resolutions?
The only things I have is to dedicate time to the Bronco. To be a bit more specific, I would like to have the motor rebuilt, and get the rest of the drive train tidied up so it is nice and strong. MAYBE get my lift kit ordered with long travel parts. Then I can look at rebuilding the steering system with new parts. It's getting pretty sloppy and I've noticed a bit of a shimmy at higher speeds. Nothing like a death wobble but I do need to address the issue.

Either way, today marks a new year full of highs and lows. Hopefully everyone enjoyed their Christmas and New Years.

Keep on keepin' on!

2015 was short. Glad I was not the only one that thinks that.
This way I can't blame it on bing OLD.

Happy New Year 2016 is NOW here

Maybe that means I get to use the Old excuse now

Nah I think we were so busy, it flew by. Not a bad year I suppose, I'm pretty happy with it. Mostly with the progress on my bronco. It's still got a very long way to go, but I'm happy to say I got a very large problem sorted with it.

Happy New Year!! 5 more months of babysitting my 3 yo grandson. He's into WWE wrestling.
When he gets to my house in the mornings he often runs up, kicks me in the shin, and grabs my
leg to "throw" me to the floor. I'm not sure if I'm getting too old for that or if it's keeping me young.

Silly parking spaces at Batteries Plus. Up hill. I had to use 4WD to get parked.
But on the flip side of that coin I know that the auto-hubs both work.

What you get at Batteries +? Had to go there a couple weeks ago for a new Logitech Harmony remote battery. 7+ years and still going.

House alarm is in a cold room and the gel cell was getting bitchy about
being cold. I really don't like the middle of the night alarm chime for service.

They sold me an AGM to replace that little gel. Same size just more $

We had a light dusting in the valley. Enough to pack into the road and make a few spots slightly slippery. It was gone by morning aside from some weird slush crap that I almost fell on. It was raining this morning when I left work but still pretty cold.

Hopefully it holds up for you. I have had good luck with batteries+. Seems someone should have made one of those stores long before.

Had some snow yesterday afternoon but cleared by the time I was off work.

What do you guys think of the compressor below for filling tires and such?

2016 Annual B.S. Thread!

We got about 10" maybe a little more up at the donkey pen. It's snowing lightly right now. The bad news is though, they are predicting rain tomorrow afternoon.
