We have had the same people for I think 4 years now. Before that it's been anywhere from just a year or two to our 1st renters who went down there for 5-6 years I think.

How much do you charge for a week and do you do any shorter term rentals?

For the winter it is a monthly charge. You would have to ask my wife how much that is. She handles all that stuff.
We rented to some non retired people for a few months one time. It was a disaster. We would not likely rent on a weekly basis unless it was someone we knew. That would have to be negotiated I guess.
