When I finally broke down and bought myself a snow blower I didn't get to use it for 3 years because there wasn't enough snow to make it worth while starting, thought it was the best investment of a life time. Beginning to wonder if I should buy another for insurance..lol

Hey there skip, long time no see.
I've had a weird spring and am still catching up to it. House got put up for sale and I had to drop the shelter so that a Real Property Report could be done. New owner took over June 16 and I signed another lease in July. Have been putting in fences and sidewalks all spring, went to do mine and had 40 days and nights of rain, 3 week job took 2 months. Did a few more sidewalks and fences and now the season is in wrap up mode. Have my sidewalk to finish then either I slip in another fence or I raise the shelter, rebuilt the yard so theres a new layout to put together. Getting tired of playing musical shelter so am looking to make a deal with new landlord on a new 22 x 24,6 garage for next year, he pays, I build to my spec.

Frankie has a new truck, 78 F350 dually flat deck, 116,Ks, has minimal rust, am going to use it for work next season. Thread is Frankies new truck

Damn cat was on the deck checking it out before I even got out of the truck.
Will revive the retirement thread in a few days when the year end run gets figured out. Have a good day and come down to the BC or Alberta forums. TTYL

Going to be hard to pass on, the devil doesn't want competition and i'm not to fond of a lot of christians. Mother earth is stuck with me until we get something worked out, maybe a franchise agreement with either uncle Luci or God is in the works. LOL

Howdy Skip, seems the warmer weather is lingering on these days which is very nice, planning on going for another little cruise in the panel. This will be the latest I've got a chance to drive it..
