almost two weeks into this year, and temps still above normal.


yeah!!!!


fuel costs down, temps up, and now we can expect the dividend to go down drastically... in about three years... (five year average for figuring)

save your cash for some cheap land soon i say, once the northslope closes up and the workers flee to lower 48 there will be plenty of cheap houses/land to buy.

Just stopped by to let all of those affected by the earthquake that I'll keep yniz in my thoughts and prayers. Really hoping and praying that everyone made it through this ok.
