As long as it is verified fixed and not leaking I don't see much cause for concern, provided it wasn't run low on trans fluid. I would want to know the condition of steering tie rods, ball joints and the dot number to verify the age of the tires. Just because one with ~100K miles that is this old has done some sitting around.
I don't think you gain ANYTHING from pics. You need to get your own eyeballs or someone who knows these trucks to put eyes and hands on it. Start with a record check for any and all maintenance on it by VIN. You can use a Ford dealer for some of that info, and you can use CarFax for some of it.

Seeing pics at least helps me to know how well the truck as/was not cared for. In my experience a cosmetically well maintained vehicle is an indicator as to the mechanical maintenance, but not necessarily the other way (some people do great with mechanical maintenance but don't care about them cosmetically).
The dealers website does have a link to the carfax and it confirms the one owner, but there are very few maintennace items on the carfax, and there are 2 entires for a 'Kwik Lube" which is not desireable in my book. I made a phone offer of $8500 pending me putting my eyes on the car, but salesman needed to talk to his manager who is out until tomorrow. He said they had a wholesaler interested in it, so like I told the salesman I assume they can get more for the truck and I can still get a good deal if they sell to me vs. wholesaling it. We will see.
Still no local Ex owners that can put eye on it for me?
