OMG

Someone please help.
I'm a new owner of a 03 f350 I have 6.0 motor with brand new top injector orings by Allied HHC bullet proof nipple cups with Viton orings I can't get oil to stop bleeding out.
I've taken apart reinstalled 3 times with same results.
I've searched forum all I've seen is I'm doing something wrong.

Where's it leaking? Is it when you crank?

Have you primed the oil rail? I have no experience with the 03 log rails but the wavy rails have plugs that can be removed to prime the rail. That tends to help you get it started. It is difficult to get all the air out and get oil around those o-rings in order to get it fired off.

I have truck running oil rail even slightly warmed pretty sure it's primed.

When you installed the upper injector oring, did you make sure to put the oring on the very top? Is it coming out from the around the injector and can you tell if it's coming from the seal between the nipple cup and the oil rail or the nipple cup and the injector oring?

Oh ok. Have you taken the truck out and run it down the highway? Are you experiencing a hard/no start hot?

Yes at the top I did without pulling c clip like on YouTube. Not leaking from rail I changed nipple cups because of this problem I had same problem before I changed nipple cups. It leaks where nipple goes into injectors

Did you blow out the holes for the hold down bolts with compressed air? Make sure you got all o rings and copper washers accounted for?

Man, it sounds like the oring got pinched or something. Almost sounds like the nipple cup isn't sealing good in the injector. Wish I was more help than stating the obvious. Sorry.

Just so I'm clear, is the leak in the same place it was before or is it all injectors?
