Win10 was on my laptop for all of 30 minutes and I took them up on their "30 days to go back" offer in just 30 minutes and did a restore back to 7. 10 needs more computing HP than I have and I don't want to buy a new laptop just to make life easier for Microsoft support. Seven is still the best....

Keyboard lagging and slow everything for me... Sorry for the rant, but you did ask....

I learned the hardway to with these HPOPs. like they say, the early ones tend to get weaker before they completely fail, unlike the newer ones that just die. Do the air test and check that avenue. I would definitely get some kind of live data app. I bought torque pro and the blue tooth adapter, a total of 2 bucks. It confirmed everything I needed to know without doing an air test. its worth its weight in gold. Good luck , hope you figure it out soon.
Sorry I've been away so long got frustrated and put it on the back burner.
So I still can start cold no problem.
I've got torque pro and during a hot start it tells me so far while cranking
Ficm voltage 48
ICP pressure 250
IPR 85 %
I read by one user ipr should be like 88%
ICP 600-700
I also did air test while truck was warm no start. No leaks from oil filter
And ipr closes when voltage applied
I do however hear a little more air from passenger side oil fill tube.
What's weird thou is after applying 12v to ipr messing with it then replacing connection from truck I got 2 hot starts after a bit of cranking thinking maybe ipr going bad.
So I guess pull valve cover pass side off check injectors or change ipr?

Ficm voltage 48 GOOD
ICP pressure 250 Eh
IPR 85 % Not good

I read by one user ipr should be:
IRP 88% - should hot idle around 21-23%. Cranking 85% is MAX and means it's entirely closed.
ICP 600-700 3 Hot idle should be 580 or 620psi. Cranking it has to get to 500psi actual to fire. ICP comes in two flavors - desired and actual.
I also did air test while truck was warm no start. No leaks from oil filter

KOEO= Key On Engine Off

When the truck is in this state all sensors are at a baseline reading

It helps give an idea of sensor electronics Integrity unplugging the ICP Checks this as we'll in a round about way

getting a reading at KOEO IS easier Plus it checks the wire harness integrity for this sensor as well

Most early HPOP do make it to the 100k point but not all
Early HPOP are poor design
Starting it in 32*f or below without the block heater plugged in helping get the oil warm is very. Hard on the pump I'm not saying that's what you did just saying there's other variables that play in HPOP LONGEVITY
