I just replaced plugs, phasers, vct's,oil pump, lifters, lash adjusters, timing chain kit,and cams.everything I used were all good name parts. Everything went ok,until I reached 650 miles after repairs. Now the engine light is on,and the truck shudders. I ordered new coils. Also when I did the repairs,I changed the oil and put in some Lucus Oil. Help would be appreciated.
The 301 is #1 plug misfire and I think the 316 is random plug misfire. Either the COP is bad or not seated on the plug good. Pull it out and check the rubber boot and any grease or contamination that could short it out.... or try another COP......... the 171 is normally a vacuum leak. Look at all the small vacuum hoses for cracks, or proper sealing
Ok everyone, I checked all the COP's, all's good, checked for vacuum leaks, none, had computer unplugged,no codes, but the truck shudders at idle, and
Shudders on acceleration.

Then all is not good. What exactly did you do to check the COPs? Did you swap them around, or replace with new?
Your engine is shuddering because it is not firing smoothly. Either you have a plug not firing, a COP not firing, or you crossed a wire. Since you managed to drive 650 miles with no issue, it has to be a component that has failed, or vibrated loose. Back to plugs, COPs, or burnt/melted wire.

After i changed my plugs, i had to re-tighten them once after, because debris and heat allowed them to vibrate lose. i also had the ceramic crack internally on a plug once. try checking for things like that.
