Ed- Mine came with the stand which was necessary to retain for the multi use. The magnets work good for my test car in the garage and the whole thing is just better.

Bently, Making things better, easier, faster & less complicated is the name of the game, never quit thinking about it.
I used my lights attached to the hood this weekend while I worked under the hood on my 7.3L doing my 5K maintenance. I really like the lights.
I am also working on a belt tensioner tool for my 6.0 and 7.3 that fits booth, I will do a write up on it when I am happy with the results.
