Cool! I bought 2 of those lights awhile back when Costco had a rebate on them. They work great at lighting up whatever you need. I love what you did with those magnets...gonna hafta go find ,e some and replicate that set up
Yea last Christmas I made a post where Lowes had this style light on sale. It is 12v or 120v and super bright. I added the magnet (harborfreight) and put two in the truck. They are great. Everyone got one for Christmas at $20 each...
Yes that's the one. I never found it at our lowes, I'll have to look again. I like it for on the road. The costco one is great for around the house or shop.
Yes Sir, I like that 12 volt option so I went to Lowes this morning and picked up one for the 7.3 and one for the 6.0 to keep in the tool storage areas in case of roadside shade-tree work.
Thanks
Ed
When that Lowes special was going on, I grabbed a cart, wheeled to the shelf where the lights were stocked, and scooped everything into the basket. Christmas gifts were merry and bright.
That 12VDC/110VAC light is a perfect work light to keep in the vehicle, but it's 800 lumens (still very respectable). The Snap-On is a great light for around the shop at 2000 lumens. I have an LED light on a stand that's 3000 lumens for over the engine, and the short Snap-On 2000-lumen LED light to locate all my parts and tools that drop through to the ground.
Now I need to find ear muffs for all the neighborhood children for when the parts and tools are on the way to the ground.
