YES, many have added them.. after the fact...

with photos and even you-tube videos..

absolutely I ordered a kit online 7 years ago from recon i wasn't impressed with how long the bulbs lasted but it does look sharp on the truck when all is working. Ive read several use people use OEM Bases aside from that I the gave the local body shop $60 bucks for install cause quite frankly i couldn't bring myself to drill the holes in a new truck.
