12 volt for gauges location?
I was going to install my Glowshift Maxtow gauges this weekend, and was wondering what fuse slots are best to use? I will need a Key on power slot and a engine on power slot. I will be installing the following gauges: Pyro, fuel psi and Engine coolant temp. All are going on the A-pillar.

I will try and get some pics of my install when I get home, if I remember..... A test light would work too if you don't have a meter.
I just used a DVOM to find a constant hot and a switched hot in the panel then used a couple of add a circuit pigtails to connect to.

Under the dash, next to your customer access wires, you will find a Lt Blue with pink wire that is switched power. It will be White wire with blue tracer on '02-'04 trucks.....

You should get a clean pan and drain it into that, then refill with same coolant once you get the sensor in. I think if you drain it out of the block, you will lose more than you are wanting to.
