05 EX 6.0 low boost no power

Alright Guys
I've got an 05 EX 4x4 150k miles.
Stock tune, EGR delete only

Driving along and everything was good plenty of boost no power issues. Got off the freeway and truck just stopped making boost.
So I messed with it for a couple days. Cousin with a Mac scanner flaked on me so I was stuck using Edge gauge cluster and trying to trouble shoot.

NO CODES
No, smoke, EGT's rise and truck seems like it is lean. Boost has fluctuated between 4psi to 11 psi.
What should MAF be at idle?
ICP has been consistent with whatever boost levels were being made.
FICM 47.5

New MAP tube/nipple cleaned
New MAF
Clean Air filter
New fuel filters
VGT actuates
Accel ped in spec
Turbo spins free
New hot side CAC boots

Sorry if the info is random and not in good order, I'm just frustrated with it right now, I've had this truck and my 7.3 go down at the same time and juggling trying to get one of the going.

Clean the ebp sensor and tube. Rod out the tube it a weed Wacker line or piece of wire.

Just checked EBP everything was clear.

Headed to Napa to get adapter and longer hose for fuel pressure gauge.

Also installed Blue spring kit.....been sitting in the toolbox for a couple years

CAC boots all good, IC holds pressure.

Without a scan tool to actuated sensors its a little tough.

With it seeming like a Lean fuel issue, is why I think I need to check fuel pump pressure and flow rate under load.

Kinda had to do a make shift pressure tester since it takes a 12m x 1.5 fitting on the fuel filter housing.

Hopefully can get to checking that when I get home tonight or Tomorrow morning before I go to work.

But I've also got a 00' 7.3 that I've got to put a GEM in put the dash all back together.

We need to know what your high pressure oil pump is putting out and the ICP %. You could have a bad STC fitting.

EGR delete only? Plugged catalytic converter or no fuel pressure.

I don't have IPC % on Edge,

6psi boost 1500 ipc pressure
10psi boost 2000 ipc pressure
Idle is 600ish

Starts fast cold warm hot.

The one time I got 15psi of boost I saw 2700 IPC pressure.

Because the inconsistency it has me believe the CAT isn't plugged.

I am going to check Fuel pressure though.

How do I know if STC fitting is leaking?

Fuel pressure is 60psi under WOT,

IPC pressure hit 3300 with 10 psi boost
IPC volt idle .8-9v

IPC 3.4v at 3300 IPC psi

I took advice to check CAT, hit with deadblow hammer and heard some rattle and other stuff move around.......next move drop exhaust.....

Thanks for all the help guys...
