I just replaced all 8 injectors in my 01 F550 with remans from FFD. I have noticed a constant knock at idle but truck runs great. Blowby has no pressure behind it, truck does not smoke. Does this sound like a problem unrelated to an injector?
It did not make this noise before replacing the injectors
Sometimes injectors are noisy, sometimes air gets in oil and it makes a knock. I didn't hear anything that my truck hasn't done for the last 80K miles - but it does come and go. Scott's truck makes the same noise.

I have found synthetic (any brand) to be a little noisier than dead dinos - but that's primarily because it's easier to cavitate the lighter oil if air is introduced. I believe my truck has a bad seal on the oil pick-up tube, and accelerating up a step grade results in a lot of knock for a while.
Does it seem to get worse as it warms up? It hasn't been asked yet, so I'll ask: what type of injectors did you put in? Are they stock injectors? Are they all the same, or is one of them a long lead? If one is a long lead, did it get installed in cylinder #8?

Definitely worse warm, cold it is there but hard to hear. Was not noisy with old injectors.
They are stock splits with the long lead in #8. I was also trying to fix a long crank to start by replacing injectors, ipr, icp, hpop but no luck. If i turn key off then restart right away it fires right back up but if i wait a few minutes it takes an extra second to start. Oil pressure on dash shows almost immediately.
