Have you ignored posts 2, 8, 10, and 12????? We are trying to help. When you say you hooked it to a scanner and everything was ok, did you read the live data cold and hot and compare it too what it it's suposed to be, or is this this the old horse and water story?

I'm out until you can at least post ipr and icp cold and hot. On your model, this sounds like it could be the STC, but live data is needed to narrow it down and save you money.
Well I neglected the truck for a while and we finally messed with it yesterday. We were bumping the ipr with the scanner and it wouldn't do anything. So we changed it out and bumped the new one which did cause a reaction. Problem solved. Let it run for a while and then drove around with no problems!
