front spring leaf 2 ton

would front spring leafs on my 42 2 ton be the same as 1948 and up big trucks! a guy wants to sell me a frame , it looks the same but has different cab supports than mine. the frame was used as a trailer for a water tank. it was lengthen , i,m almost glad after all the work i did on my frame. the rear hubs are 5 stud,so i could maybe replace the 6 studs i had . the cab supports are riveted to the frame the look more modern than mine.

I have a complete set of front leaf springs from a '47 1 1/2 ton. I bet it would cost a lot to ship them and I'd have to torch them off. I have been so busy with work lately that I haven't even looked at my woodie project. I have various parts I have promised to ship and haven't gotten to it yet. But... If you are patient, you can have these. But really I wouldn't be surprised if the later springs are the same. Maybe I'm talking in circles, but what else is new?
