Clean the grounding location where the cable grounds to the frame, block and any other place a battery ground is bolted down. That's a really low number on that first battery. Once charged it should be at least 12.6 or more.... and really more like 12.8v.
I notice you are from Miami, any chance your A/C clutch is locking up?
Might not hurt to lock the tensioner out and try a quick spin over, just a thought.
Ok, so after hearing the sound bite as others said, does sound like low battery click.
Ok so I exchanged the batteries for 2 new ones and when I go to start it I get nothing. The starter no longer makes that clicking sound. I am now ready to drive my head into a cement wall.
Not sure if these do, but there might be a solenoid signal wire on these models.
Wonder if the solenoid on the starter itself is bad. Did you try tapping on it?
There is likely a starter relay, thinking under the dash in or near the fuse panel, could be bad.
Double check your cables, connections? Those all look good?
Did you try the green/yellow wire plug trick?
It is near the blower motor passenger side IIRC, it's a single plug all by itself. If you take it apart and touch it to the POS bolt on battery should turn over but not start, be sure your key is off. This will go right to the starter solenoid itself.
Enough is enough. I'm having AAA tow me to my Mechanic. My starter is under warranty through him and if that's not it then he'll get to the bottom of it. I'll post updates.
It was the starter. He replaced it under warranty with a brand new one. They looked over all the wires to make sure they were in good shape too. I'm so glad I didn't have to spend a nickel on this one and I came out of it with a new starter and 2 new batteries. Thanks for the input guys, you are what makes this forum top notch.

In the future, this little guy will save you a big headache on wondering what's wrong with the batteries, mainly determining if they're the cause or result of the problem:
