Decoding Glove Box Plate

I have a truck sitting on my farm. I believe it to be a 1961 F-250 4WD Styleside. Below is the information on the plate mounted inside the glove box door.

Serial Number F25J0E51789. The digit between the J and E could be a zero or the letter O
Wheelbase 118
Color L
Model F253
Date 13G
Trans F
Axel 04B
GWR 7400
HP 126
RPM 4000
DOS blank, nothing in this area.

My understanding is this truck was originally ordered by the owner of a Ford dealership in northeast PA. It has only been on the farm and never driven on a street. I am not in front of the truck at the moment but believe it has less than 20k miles.

Any information on what this truck is would be much appreciated, including how many were made, confirmation of year, based upon other threads I can not figure this out. Is the 4WD from the factory or was it sent out, based on other threads it would appear it was sent out.
