Single to Dual Wheel Type Conversion

Some of y'all might remember me asking about my truck, a '66 F350 that was shipped from KCAP with single type front wheels and dual rear wheels. I'm wanting to find out from the Ford spec guys (or anybody else with experience doing what I'm attempting to do) if swapping out the front single type brake drums for a dual type brake drum, like what are on the rear axles currently, will work? I have access to additional dually wheels, so that isn't an issue. If y'all have any suggestions, fire away! Not looking to do a complete axle swap, just the brake drums. If you have some, let me know as well!

Thanks,

Hudson
