Two options:
1. Use a drillbit(like 3/8" - bigger than the center hole by far), try to get it "started" cutting into the soft copper, and it should turn and come out with the drillbit.
2. Leave it there. Make sure your new injector doesn't have the copper washer(so you still only have one per cyl), and put the injector in, crank it down.
It should squish enough to give you as good a seal as you're gonna get with a new one.
