No power on hill from stop

No power on hill from stop
I have a 96 obs with auto tranny, rwd. 234k miles. Only mods are straight piped exhaust, 6637 intake, and open ccv.
If I am at a dead stop like a light or something and on an incline, I have no power. I do know that I have 1 weak injector, and they all need orings. Does smoke slightly, but especially under a snap throttle test. It acts like the air is restricted but once the rpms are up around 1800, you can hear the turbo scream and bam, its off to the races. She will put you back in your seat then.
Can anybody give me someplace to start besides the injectors? I am on a tight budget right now until my wife starts working as a nurse.

Forgot a couple things. When I turn on my hazards going down the highway at night, just to say thanks for letting me over, my trans kicks out of overdrive. I am thinking its the clockspring but not 100% certain. Also, bought a set of 17x8 aluminum wheels with tires for $50, decent shape, just needs cleaned up. Went to put them on and found that they have about 1/4 in bigger bolt pattern than mine. Is there any adapters out there or should I clean them up and resell them?
