Yep, the main bowl was not tight enough. Human error. I forgot to put some lube on the new new o-ring. Dealer called we lubed the o-ring reseated bowl fired right. ����

Glad it was something simple. Based on reading about other's experiences, tips and suggestions, I rubbed a bit of oil on the new O-Ring and pushed it all the way into its channel by hand before threading the bowl back on, in order to avoid that. Having a follow up posted such as yours will help others avoid that mistake in the future. Glad you got fixed up and it wasn't one of those really expensive lessons!
