I also got these codes when i scanned with AE
P0472 exhaust pressure sensor low
P0238 Turbo charger boost sensor A circuit high
i ran a KOEO test and got
P1690 wastegate(got an s366 turbo w/no wastegate)
P1663 Fuel demand command signal output circuit
P0605 Internal control module ROM error
P0475 Exhaust pressure control valve
P1668 PCM/IDM communication error
Any thoughts or opinions?I am not too saavy with AE and am going through Tugly's thread now

Clear all codes, then go to the "Test" tab and reset the KAM.
When we first check the codes after years of not checking them, random stuff shows up. If you've ever done engine diagnostics or other testing with the key on - all kinds of false alarms can be lurking in there.
It's so hard to tell from a microphone designed to pick up speech (not music), but I think I hear a bad injector. They're all tight, right?
cleared all codes and KAM,tested KOEO and got P0605 Internal control module Rom Memory andP1668 PCM/IDM communication error
KOER P0281 Cylinder 7 injector circuit contribution/balance fault
KOER CCT P0281
trying to ohm 42 pin connector have batteries disconnected and getting nothing,it flashes a couple numbers and goes to zero on all of them,i am using tuglys 42 pin pic as a guide
i cleared the kam,ran KOEO and got,P1690 wastegate,P0603 KAM error,P0605 ROM error,P1668 pcm/idm communication error,P0236 turbocharger boost sensor a circuit range performance
Buzz test;P1668 pcm/idm comminication error
KOER P0476 exhaust pressure control valve range/performance
Have you ever had the PCM/IDM error before...don't want to spread doom and gloom but my DPC-402 crapped the bed about a month ago and it started a few years ago with the P1668.
Did you delete the EPCV? If so, that code is normal. Mine is unplugged and I have it all the time.
I would not worry too much about the #7 on the CC test. See if it stays with that injector. You could try changing out your CPS and see if that changes the cylinder # during the test. It will on mine...and it did it with new injectors.
I have seen the KAM error and an occasional ROM error when I was running DP tunes. Are you still? I believe it has to do with a check sum to make sure all commo is accurate. Please correct me if I am wrong.
i no longer have a wastegate,i have dp tunes,i havent had the pcm/idm error before, epcv i am assuming is exhaust pressure control valve, i have changed the turbo to an s366 which deleted the ebpv and the stock pedestal
Rich can you distinguish a new or rebuilt sound from them
Only in person. It is such a subtle difference, that I have to be there to pick out the nuances. One thing's for sure - anybody who swapped remans and new units back-to back will know what I'm talking about. The best way to describe it - new is "crisp". It's a very re-assuring sound.

OK. Based upon this information, which I may have missed earlier, it looks like all of the codes are either expected due to deletion or showing up due to tuning which may or may not be a problem.
P605-P0605-
Ford Description--The Engine Control Module (ECM) continuously monitors its own internal memory status, internal circuits, and output signals transmitted to the throttle actuator. This self-check insures that the ECM is functioning properly. If any malfunction is detected, the ECM sets the P0605 code and illuminates the CEL....tuning
P603-Can be due to having batteries disconnected or tuning.
Cleatus or Pocket could probably explain this. I think I understand but I don't want to mislead you or anyone else.
Try removing the tuner and running KOEO. If the P603 and P605 are gone then you know the source. Just make sure the keys are out of the ignition when you remove the tuner.
If you now have single shot injectors and the PCM does not have a new base flash to address the single shots, then it will run like crap without the tuner installed.
The exception to this is the P1668-Link to my thread:
