What size spindle nut socket do I need?

Gonna do my wheel bearings this weekend but can't find what size 4x4 socket I need. 81 f150 4x4. Thanks

I don't think I've ever heard spindle nut wrenches listed by size, but you need the one for a Dana 44. It's about the most common one there is.

Awesome. I found one that said for Dana 44 but for some reason it specified it was for 86 and later.

My '85 F-250 (Dana 44HD TTB) and '95 F-150 (Dana 44 TTB) both used the same spindle nut wrench, one pre-'86, the other post. So I'm pretty sure it's the right one for your '81 as well.

Edit: Forgot about this when I was typing this, but my '71 Bronco (Dana 44 solid axle) also uses the same spindle nut wrench.
