GPCM Trouble... Tips?
Please move if this is wrong I'm new to the forum and didn't see a 7.3L section. Anyway I have a 2001 F250SD with the 7.3l TD California truck so I have a GPCM instead of the standard relay. I've done the research and have found the part and checked the connections and they all look good. But I get a P0683 Code in my truck and it comes right back if I clear it so clearly there is something wrong. Before I buy the new part and swap it is there anything else I should check? Truck runs well, if it wasn't for the CEL I wouldn't have thought anything was wrong with it. Starts right up and doesn't idle poorly. Thank you!
