87 e150. stalled. cm code 18 please help.

Hello, i have a 87 e150, 302, aod.

Here are my issues. Had s fuel relay go two weeks ago, then a stater relay this week. It took me a minute to pull the neg. batt. cable while the stater was spinning away. I tapped the relay to unfreeze it but after that she would stall at idle. Drove it with a foot on the gas pedal until I swapped the relay. Thinking i fouled the plugs i pulled 6 of them (looked ok) leaving the hard to get to ones. This helped for a few miles but started to stall at lights. I was on my way to get the alt. and grounds checked when she died.

I pulled the codes and got 18(idm failure or sprout circuit grounded) and 34(evp circuit failed above maximum limit) from the cm codes. the 34 code i believe was me messing with the egr to see if it was stuck open(has happed before but usually with a rough idle rich gas smell)

Two questions. What could cause the relay to go in order, could it cause my new issue. Also the code 18, what cause that code. pip, TFI, Coil, ICM? Any advise? grounds are tight though alittle rusted.

Thanks, i hope to hear from you soon before i have to tow her. Shes not firing at all. Hope i didn't jump the chain. The relay(solinoid) I replaced was the one near the battery by the headlight.

ooops. one more thing

Me again, I forgot to mention it also have a brake booster issue. I tried to swap it but i needed to take off the master cylinder and was having trouble loosing it without breaking the lines. I pulled the vacuum hose and plugged it with a bolt, but it didn't help. Still cranks without firing. Thanks again.
