03 so you don't have stand pipes and dummy plugs to deal with like later years.
Do you have any way to read live data? Also did you know if any codes
are set and what they are?
Have a look in the Tech Folder at the top of the forum. Look at the
no start and hot no start stuff to start with.
Have you had any work done lately? Battery, charging system and FICM condition
are always things to know how they are doing.
We are going to need the live data info to get a good idea about what may be going on.
I don't like shooting in the dark it only costs money.
Are u sure i dont have standpipes ive been looking on the net and they sell thrm for a 2003 and what do i need to check readings the only work done lately is altenator and oil change

Well let me clarify this a bit.
You do have stand pipes BUT not they type that are problematic.
Your year tends to have problems with the HPOP pump. HPOP is High Pressure Oil Pump
For diagnosis you need to see live data. Things like ICP and IPR IPR is Injection Pressure Regulator Minimum 500 PSI to start ICP is Injection Control Pressure Given in %
I do have one thing for you to try. Reach under the turbo from the back side and
unplug the ICP electrical connector. (not the IPR) and see if it will start.
What this does is it puts the PCM in a default pressure mode and it may start.
A buddy came over with his snap on reader here is what i got ficm low- 13 ficmm-47.5 Icp dsd-15828. Icp pressure-0. Icp v-0.09 has one code p0603 didnt see any place to check ipr
FICM 13, input good
FICM 47.5 output good
ICP=0 key off good
ICP votage .09 is bad if that was trying to crank the motor. If that was key off, it's fine.
We need ICP while cranking, should be more than 500psi and voltage should be higher or equal to .9 or around that number, not .09
P0603 is KAM memory, probably from disconnecting the battery, no worries.
What is this>>> Icp dsd-15828?
if it does not act normal with the sensor unplugged then you have an HPO leak. (high pressure oil)
an air test should be next on your list.
with yours being an 03, the HPOP is most likely the culprit, but only an air test will tell you for sure.

there are some youtube videos of how to do it.
Ok so update today i unpluged what i belive is the icp sensor and still no start
